Avaya is showcasing how it is working with organisations to design solutions that go beyond the digital experience at GITEX Technology Week.

This includes presenting real-world use cases from its customers across the Avaya International region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific) for the first time ever at the event.

Avaya is also demonstrating how its open, standards-based approach allows organisations to integrate emerging technology trends such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and blockchain to simplify adoption and deliver measureable results.

The company is bringing these concepts to life at GITEX Technology Week through a series of exhibition areas devoted to specific vertical industries, including banking and finance, healthcare, hospitality, public safety, and more.

With 89% of organisations expecting to compete primarily on customer experience, according to Gartner, organisations need to evolve digitally and deliver truly differentiated experiences to their customers and workers.

However, while falling short on customer expectations has a direct impact on retention and revenue, 88% of CIOs surveyed by KPMG and Harvey Nash believe their companies have yet to fully benefit from their digital strategy.
