As part of our global expansion, LRS Output Management established an office in Dubai, underscoring our commitment to the Middle East market. The MENA region is rapidly becoming a global tech leader, with IT spending projected to reach US$193.7 billion in 2024. Our local presence enhances responsiveness, provides tailored solutions, and offers exceptional service and support. By being on the ground, we can better understand and adapt to the region’s evolving technology landscape.
What are the biggest challenges your customers are facing right now?

Migration to SAP S/4HANA: LRS output management simplifies the transition to SAP S/4HANA by eliminating the need for extensive print server infrastructure, reducing costs and complexity. It ensures seamless document workflows and enhances operational efficiency, making the migration smoother and more strategic.
Migration to Cloud-Based Infrastructure: Organisations running LRS solutions have the option to host it in the cloud while maintaining identical functionality as in the traditional set-up. Customers benefit from having a single solution that manages, and controls print jobs from any data source, including business-critical applications such as SAP. Naturally this is also true of output generated in traditional Windows or VDI environments.
Security Objectives through Zero Trust and Encryption: LRS Output Management supports Zero Trust security models by ensuring that all print jobs are encrypted both in transit and at rest. This approach, combined with user authentication and authorisation protocols, protects sensitive data and maintains compliance with security standards.
EMR Printing: LRS output management enhances EMR printing by providing fast, reliable delivery of patient records and other healthcare documents, improving patient outcomes and saving hospitals money. It handles secure, tamper-resistant printing while aiding downtime reporting, affiliate printing and HIPAA compliance efforts.
